An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse, who is keen to develop their scope of practice and clinical experience by joining the multidisciplinary teams within Critical Care Services in NHS Tayside. Critical Care Services is made up of the following four units within the Directorate of Surgery.
At Perth Royal Infirmary
High Dependency/Coronary Care Unit – has 8 beds providing care for patients requiring level 2 medical /specialist cardiac care with an additional nurse-led chest pain triage service and provision of cardiac telemetry monitoring to adjacent wards.
You will have a primary base at CCU/HDU Perth Royal Infirmary
You will be required to be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the NMC Register. You will ideally have previous post registration experience. You will have completed the Flying Start Programme, and you must be willing to undertake further study.
