HMP YOI Polmont - 1 x 16 hour post
HMP YOI Stirling - 2 x 37.5 hour posts (slight reductions will be considered)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for healthcare administrators in HMP YOI Polmont and our new purpose built HMP & YOI Stirling! Our ethos is to deliver trauma informed, person centred and safe & effective care to our patients.
This is a diverse role which involves the day to day delivery of a high standard of administration support to the wider healthcare team whilst working autonomously within competencies, the successful candidate will also be required to maintain a high level of awareness and compliance with security procedures within the prison setting. This role is extremely unique as it covers admin support for a wide range of services such as mental health, physical, psychological & substance misuse.
We invite applications from individuals with skills covering appointment management, waiting list management alongside excellent communication skills and proficiency Microsoft office.
The successful candidate should be educated to SVQ level 3 or with equivalent level experience.
