Community based Occupational Therapist for West Dunbartonshire Focussed Intervention Team, (FIT). FIT provide rapid community response from a small team of Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and rehabilitation Support Staff. Primarily working to prevent admissions to hospital where possible, the team also provide urgent community based inputs aimed at maintaining safety and preventing deterioration for clients in their own home.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work primarily as an independent and autonomous practitioner providing rapid response community based interventions. As a registered professional you will be supported by a team leader, as well as a wider community Occupational Therapy forum/peer group, as well as by your own team members and MDT in the Focussed Intervention Team.
