JOB TITLE: HealthRoster Area Support Officer
GRADE: Band 4
LOCATION: Western General Hospital, Edinburgh
CONTRACT DURATION: Fixed Term – Until 31st March 2025
HOURS: 37.5
SALARY SCALE: £27,598 - £30,019 per annum
The eRostering Team implement and maintain HealthRoster, an Allocate Software electronic rostering system currently being rolled out in NHS Lothian. Our aim is to have the right staff with the right skills in the right place at the right time.
We now require a HealthRoster Area Support Officer to join our team to support our eRostering Helpdesk and to ensure the data held in the system is accurate and maintained in line with the agreed budgeted establishments for the service. The post holder will support the HealthRoster Area Support Manager in the configuration, implementation and maintenance of HealthRoster to a number of directorates across NHS Lothian.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an office/user support environment, experience in data analysis and reporting and proficient in Microsoft Word; Excel and Outlook.
