This is a Fixed term post for 2 years
The post holder will use clinical expertise, leadership and management skills ot ensure co-ordination of the car of patient with Myeloma and MGUS, providing a seamless service for patients and their families. In collaboration with the team, facilitates the development of excellence in clinical care and addresses the physical, emotional, and social and nursing needs of this patient group. This will be delivered in a variety of settings including out-patient department, inpatient wards, day-unit and via telephone consultations
