We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive PA to join our team at Kirklands - NHSL Headquarters, Bothwell.
You will be responsible for providing executive support to the Director of Human Resources and Head of Organisational Development and providing cross cover to other executives as required. Your role would include providing a full range of executive administration, coordination and secretarial/secretariat support delivered independently and to a high standard. You will provide support coordinating and drafting a range of management reports and papers, planning, coordinating and participating in a number and range of meetings and events and prioritising workload to ensure timely delivery of work and best use of resource.
You will be responsible for researching, writing, collation and publication of a range of reports and papers which will be utilised within and beyond NHS Lanarkshire to inform and support decision making by a wide range of Senior Staff and provide training, advice and guidance, when required, on operational systems and share best practice and experience with colleagues in relation to other systems as required.
You will also be responsible for designing, updating and monitoring NHS Lanarkshire programme plans, documents and deliverables/databases.
You must possess a relevant secretarial qualification at HND/HNC level or equivalent with previous experience working for a senior management and an ability to work autonomously in a busy environment. You must be a car driver with a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence. Experience of working in the public sector or a large organisation is desirable.
