Opportunities have arisen within the Royal Infirmary Edinburgh and Western General Hospital Endoscopy Department.
The Endoscopy unit delivers care by providing an outpatient and inpatient service for patients who require diagnostic or therapeutic procedures for gastrointestinal or respiratory conditions, either electively or as an emergency.
Royal Infirmary Edinburgh has a centralised decontamination service. These are excellent opportunities for career development.
If you are a registered nurse and have a minimum of 1 year’s post registration experience, preferably within the field of acute medicine or a relevant specialty e.g. acute medicine, GI, surgery, theatre, critical care or an admissions unit then Endoscopy might be for you. If you are looking for a change in direction up for a new challenge and looking to develop new skills then consider Endoscopy.
