An excellent job opportunity has arisen within the eHealth Department of the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital. As a Senior Infrastructure Support Analyst, you will play a key role in providing technical infrastructure support to underpin the delivery of eHealth Programme.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Infrastructure Team. The position’s primary focus will be the installation and management of all Networking and Telecommunications infrastructure and the provision of second\third line support for IT systems hosted within the Board.
An in-depth knowledge of Cisco networking infrastructure is essential. Experience administering Cisco Firewalls as well as an excellent technical understanding of Avaya Telephony and Wireless networking is highly desirable.
Applicants must be educated to at least HND level in a Computing subject (preferably network focused) or demonstrate relevant experience in second\third line support. Excellent problem solving and communication skills are essential, in addition to working well as part of a team.
