Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join the Planning, Performance and Programme Team. This is a key role supporting planning and project management within Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership. Working as part of the Planning, Performance and Programme Team, the successful candidate will work alongside NHS, Local Authority and Third Sector partners, taking a whole-system approach to improve outcomes for people who live in Midlothian, and their families.
The successful candidate will work directly with the Project Team Manager and other staff across Midlothian Health & Social Care Partnership, NHS Lothian, Midlothian Council, emergency services, GP practices, local care homes and voluntary sector organisations to manage projects that lead to improved health outcomes for people living in Midlothian.
The project manager will be responsible for successfully delivering a range of projects aligned to achieving the strategic priorities of Midlothian Health & Social Care Partnership. The postholder is required to lead projects using a range of project management and quality improvement tools.
This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
