Edinburgh is one of the largest health and social care partnerships in Scotland, with a population of over 526,000 providing a range of primary and community-based health and adult social care services.

We are looking for a highly motivated, professional and enthusiastic individual to lead the HSCP and provide strategic input to the Integration Joint Board. We are seeking an exceptional individual with the vision to drive forward our Improvement and Medium-Term Financial Plans based on foundations of innovation, partnership working and integrated service delivery. You will be first and foremost skilled at building and maintaining strategic relationships with our partners and creating innovative solutions to complex issues. The role is suited to an ambitious and experienced leader from either a social or health care background and presents an exciting opportunity to lead, shape and influence the provision of health and social care services in Edinburgh.
The successful candidate will have significant leadership experience in health or social care. You will have a track record of transforming and improving services, achieving joint goal forging partnerships and influencing local agencies to ensure the widest possible engagement and collaboration.
