This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed administrator to join the Inverclyde HSCP Primary Care Pharmacy Team to provide secretarial/ administrative support.
You must show competence in the use of a range of computer packages evidenced by experience or formal qualification e.g. ECDL. You should have knowledge of working in an office environment and of operation of office equipment and systems. This may be through formal training or work experience. The post holder must be able to work with minimum supervision using their own initiative, but within relevant protocols and procedures, with a high degree of accuracy and be able to prioritise their workload effectively. This post requires good planning, time management and organisational skills. A flexible approach and being able to work as part of a team is essential.
Your responsibilities will vary, however you should expect your day to day duties to include diary management, meeting coordination, minute taking and to act as the first point of contact for all enquiries received by telephone, mail or in person.
Diplomacy, discretion and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and professions both internally and externally to the organisation are essential qualities for this post.
