NHS Ayrshire & Arran are seeking Band 5 Vaccination Staff Nurses to support our Mass Vaccination Programme.
Post: Temporary From 01/09/2023 - 15/12/2023 - Band 5 - up to 37.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 5 Staff Nurse posts to support the delivery of the Mass Vaccination Programme across the three Health and Social Care Partnerships.
The post holder is required to work collaboratively in a safe care and respectful way. Applicants must be a 1st Level Registered Nurse with excellent communication skills plus experience of delivering immunisations is desirable. As part of the vaccination service the post holder will provide professional nursing skills and knowledge to ensure effective delivery.
These are temporary posts at a variety of locations throughout Ayrshire & Arran. Staff will require to complete MAST training online, and seasonal vaccination training, completing a self declaration once completed. Part and full time hours are available.
A car owner/driver is desirable to deliver vaccinations to the citizens across Ayrshire & Arran, due to the start and finish times of vaccination sessions and the wide variety of locations.
