An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Clinical Governance and Health and Safety team.

This post is open to all applicants. 

The Clinical Governance and Health & Safety Team provides support and advice to staff across Argyll & Bute Health & Social Care Partnership.

The successful post holder will work autonomously and will assist with day to day administrative tasks including organising travel and accommodation for the training teams, assist in the preparation of reports, assist with the recording and handling of complaints, investigations and other sensitive cases. 

Be able to arrange, prioritise and attend meetings.

The successful post holder will have a flexible approach to workloads and be able to work well under pressure.

The post holder will maintain confidentiality and Data Protection at all times. 


The successful post holder will have experience of a wide range of administrative skills including various systems such as MS 365 and MS Teams, filing, and other databases e.g. datix, PECOS. Communicate via telephone, face to face and electronically. 


The post holder will be flexible in working from home and within the office area.

At times the post holder be expected to travel across Argyll and Bute and on occasion out with the area e.g. Inverness.

Please note the interviews will be held on the week of the 24th July 2023 between 10.00 - 14.00hrs.

Base negotiable across Argyll and Bute and NHS Highland.
