An opportunity has arisen for experienced reception staff to work in the Emergency Department, Raigmore Hospital, Inverness. We are looking for a self-motivated people with excellent communication skills to join the team. You will have a good educational background with at least two years reception/office experience, accurate keyboard skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. The post will require the successful candidates to undertake a range of administrative duties including the use of specialist systems, dealing with patients and relatives enquires and updating of the department’s information system. There are 2 posts available,

Post 1 21.9 hours per week and Post 2 21.75 hours per week. Successful postholders are expected to work over 7 days on a 6-week rolling rota and varied hours.
