Working as a Charge Nurse within the Northern/Irvine Valley District Nursing area based in Stewarton you must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for the management of the caseload in the absence of the Clinical Team Leader including the supervision and redeployment of staff.
Essential, RGN educated to degree level and relevant post registration experience. You should be able to provide evidence of personal development and a willingness to undertake appropriate training.
Hours: 37.5 per week - You will be expected to work a rostered shift pattern weekdays with a weekend working commitment.
A car owner/driver with current UK licence is essential.
