As part of our ever-evolving services we are delighted to advertise this substantive senior clinical leadership post.  We are looking for highly experienced Registered Mental Nurses (educated to MSc level or able to evidence equivalent knowledge and experience) non-medical prescriber or due to complete in next 6 months, to work at an advanced practice and professional leadership level.

You will be a skilled and confident practitioner with a demonstrable track record of clinical excellence and leading people/teams. You will undertake line management duties and provide supervision and mentoring for nursing staff within the Adult Mental Health Service.

You will hold and manage a limited case load and work as part of our multidisciplinary teams. You will be integral to the clinical leadership within the MDT chairing or co-ordinating meetings, screening all referrals providing a bridge from Primary care to referrals alongside in and out patient pathways.

You will be expected to contribute to the development of innovative, high-quality person-centred services and be accountable to the Senior Management Team in relation to service performance and delivery. This post is a new post to align with the exciting development and modernisation of our Community Mental Health teams in Adult Mental Health services.
