An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a full-time Specialist Biomedical Scientist within the North Glasgow Haematology & Blood Transfusion Department. The successful applicant will be required to work a 24/7 shift over 7 days, across all 4 sites of North Glasgow (GRI, GGH, Stobhill ACH And West ACH).
Minimum Qualifications for the posts are outlined below:
- Must have an appropriate BSc Honours degree or equivalent, acceptable for Health Professions Council Registration.
- Must be registered to practice as a Biomedical Scientist with the HCPC.
- Must have post registration experience in a Haematology/Transfusion laboratory.
The Shift Pattern is worked on a 24/7 shift rotation
