​​​​​​​A position has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to undertake the role of Medical Receptionist/Secretary within Slamannan Health Centre. 

We are looking for a team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, planning and organisational skills, and be able to deal with a range of competing priorities.  The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and use relevant information to solve problems whilst demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.

In addition, you will provide a high quality secretarial and administrative service to the wider Team.  You will deal with enquiries from services, members of the public and external sources being able to direct and advise appropriately to ensure a good customer experience. 

Holiday & sickness cover will be required; therefore a high degree of flexibility is essential.    Experience of working in a GP practice/Healthcare environment is also essential

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
