Post – Permanent 37.5 hour post and the hours are worked Monday – Friday
Location – Walton building, Glasgow Royal Infirmary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the waiting list team within the Burns & Plastic surgery unit.
Our team consists of 20 Consultants, General Manager, Clinical Service Manager, Lead Nurse, Clinical Director, Service Support Manager, Admin Manager and Waiting List Manager. There is also an administration team of 26 staff.
This position is an ideal fit for someone looking to advance in their career. The post holder will be required to ensure that the accuracy and completeness of the current waiting lists is maintained, patient activity is planned to achieve patient guarantees, utilising all available resources and that patient waiting times are minimised across the department.
You should be educated to HNC level or have demonstrable equivalent experience in managing waiting lists. Possessing sound and effective communication skills with good attention to detail and a sound knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
