SALARY SCALE: £23,362 - £25,368 pro rata per annum

The eRostering Team implement HealthRoster, an Allocate Software product.  This is an electronic rostering system currently for nursing, midwifery and corporate services staff which has been and is being rolled out across NHS Lothian over the past six years.  Our aim is to have the right staff with the right skills in the right place at the right time.

We require a further Data Assistant to join our team, primarily based at the Western General Hospital, to work 37.5 hours a week Monday – Friday. Please note depending on COVID-19 rules then home working may be required. The post holder will transfer data from HealthRoster to SSTS (electronic time and attendance system), providing a full range of data management: inputting, reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an office environment, and have good IT skills including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and databases with a high degree of speed and accuracy.  They will have good communication skills.
