An exciting vacancy has arisen within the Events Team in the National Risk and Resilience Department of the Scottish Ambulance Service. We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Support Coordinator who is motivated, organised and enthusiastic.
The post holder will provide comprehensive business and administrative support to the Events Team in a professional, effective and efficient manner. The post holder will be required to demonstrate a high level of initiative, ability to learn new systems and organising and prioritising often competing and conflicting demands. Applicants should be self-motivated and as they will be working remotely, they must be driven and able to work on their own initiative in order to manage a number of projects effectively. Good time management with the ability to multitask, plan and organise day-to-day workloads within a home working environment is essential.
Applications are invited from candidates who preferably have a strong background in events management, are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and have excellent time management and organisational skills. They must have confident communication skills including ability to deal with a range of clients and internal key stakeholders and are able to work on a number of projects simultaneously in order to bring to successful completion.

This post can be on a working from home basis with occasional days within Motherwell - This can be discussed further at interview
