An exciting opportunity has arisen within Dundee HSCP for a Primary Care Team Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a leader to join the Primary Care team providing operational management and leadership to a range of primary care services. Directly responsible to the Senior Manager Primary Care, you will support by leading the implementation of change and improvement, providing leadership and creating a culture which supports the delivery of the Health and Social Care Partnerships and NHS Tayside’s visions and values. You will work closely with general practice teams, and the wider MDT in primary care to improve care for people in Dundee.
Excellent planning, organisational and facilitation skills are a prerequisite for this post as is a willingness to collaborate and co produce with others to achieve a desired outcome. The post requires someone who can be flexible and develop positive relationships with a wide range of people.

There is a requirement for the post holder to have the ability to travel independently throughout Dundee as part of this role.
