This is a part time post (18.75 Hours)
(Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.
The post provides comprehensive secretarial and business administrative support to Learning Disability Services multi-disciplinary team. The post-holder will contribute significantly to achievement of the role of the area through efficient provision of a variety of secretarial and administrative duties. The post-holder works independently for much of the time and demonstrates a clear understanding of the service.
The post-holder will supervise the day to day administration of the service, ensuring its smooth running and efficiency. They will be the day to day supervisor of a designated team of admin staff within the service.
The post-holder may have some delegated day to day responsibility for facility/site management ensuring health & safety legislation and policy is up-held and to ensure a safe working environment for patients, visitors and staff.
The hours are worked Flexible, to be negotiated and agreed with preferred candidate
