Personal Assistant
37.5 hours
Fixed term for 12 months
To manage and support the Director, Chief Nurse and Head of Health & Safety offices to achieve the efficient and smooth running of the Occupational Health Service throughout NHS Lothian. The department’s remit includes Occupational Health Physician and Nursing Services, Health and Safety, Manual Handling, Physiotherapy and Counselling. Services are provided to NHS Lothian, GP Practices, University students, and many external organisations both large and small. To achieve this, the post holder:
- Manages and oversees the distribution of information from the Director, Chief Nurse and Office Administrator’s offices
- Diary management for Director, Chief Nurse and Head of Health & Safety
- Manages personnel issues for all senior management team members.
Manages the system for all subject access requests and associated legal issues to comply with legislative framework.
