We are currently seeking a Facilities Supervisor, based at CGH Hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained in line with local infection control policies, Covid 19 guidance and maintaining compliance with the NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specification, Food, Fluid and Nutritional Care Standards and Waste Regulations .

This post includes supervision of all services provided by the facilities team, including catering, portering and domestic roles. Facilities experience would be desirable.

The successful candidate will provide support to the Facilities Support Manager to ensure policies and procedures are managed and meet legislation, daily supervision and management of the team and operational services, management of core and role training, and authorise and complete Scottish Standard time system.

The successful applicant will, if required, provide cover to all NHS Sites in the local geographical area.

A full driving license is essential and a fleet vehicle is available.  Access to economical public transport is also acceptable.

This is a full time post of 37.5 hours covering a 7 day rota, working between 0700-2200 including weekend working; however other shift patterns will be needed at times to cover staff absence and annual leave.
