Band 5 Registered Nurses
We have the opportunity for Band 5 Registered Nurses to join our enthusiastic forward thinking team within Acute Receiving Unit 4, in the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. As part of this team you will have responsibility for assessment, delivery and supervision of all care needs within the acute receiving environment. Acute Receiving Unit 4 specialise in the care of the older adult, and there is a multi-disciplinary team approach to providing evidenced based best practice. You will possess sound clinical skills for the assessment of patient's needs, implementation and evaluation of care. You will have the ability to work to high clinical standards in this fast paced environment. The successful applicants requires to be flexible, forward thinking and able to work effectively within a changing and dynamic environment. The successful candidates should possess excellent communication skills and decision making skills with evidence of ongoing professional development. This position offers ample opportunities for education and career development. The Acute Receiving Unit is supported by it’s own dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator, and we are passionate about supporting the wellbeing and development of our team. The shift pattern is rotational, flexible and family friendly with flexible working hours considered both full and part time.
