Medical Secretary, Band 4
FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT – MATERNITY COVER
Applications are invited for the post of Medical Secretary to support the Urology Team within Ninewells Hospital for a period of one year to cover Maternity Leave. We are looking for an individual to undertake secretarial duties within a busy office environment. You will also have responsibility for the joint day-to-day running of the Urology office and supervision of the admin team.
Applicants should have previous secretarial experience. Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical admin procedures within an acute hospital setting are essential as are excellent communication and audio typing skills. Experience in the use of databases and Hospital IT systems are also essential.

Hours of work are:- 37.5 Monday-Friday
