An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Community Mental Health Team in Skye and Lochlash .


We are recruiting a generic Band 6 CPN who will have responsibility for the management of a combined caseload of patients experiencing acute and enduring mental health problems and Older Adult service patients.


You will be responsible for managing  own primary care based caseload and ensuring quality standards are met through the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for patients. Working with other professionals within the Integrated team, Primary Care and Secondary care.
