Integrated Drugs & Alcohol Recovery Team – IDART

Applications are invited from an individual who wishes to join our Locality Integrated Drug and Alcohol Recovery Teams.


As the successful candidate you will work with people to enhance their quality of life and personal resilience through their engagement in opportunities for personal development and social inclusion within the wider community. The post holder will develop, implement and facilitate community based opportunities with a range of agencies and services including multiple third sector initiatives. The ability to develop, co-ordinate and deliver focused group work, self development courses and training sessions within communities will also be essential.


The Perth & Kinross Integrated Locality Teams provide excellent formal and informal supervision and support individual development and innovative practice through performance development reviews and learning plans.


You will be required to achieve the Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and throughout your employment comply with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland.  Information on the Healthcare Support Worker Regulations can be found on NHS Tayside’s micro site on Staffnet>Our Websites>Healthcare Support Workers
