The Hospital at Home (H@H) is a redesign of acute services that aims to provide acute care at home with the objective of reducing hospital admission and supporting early discharge; thereby reducing length of stay in hospital. 

We are looking for an administrator to support the clinicians within the H@H service in the day to day running of the service.

Experience in hospital based administrative systems would be desirable.
