Programme Manager Digital - Waverley Court - EDN24890 | City of Edinburgh Council | myjobscotland

The Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership’s innovation and sustainability programme is critical to its ability to successfully deliver services to service users and stakeholders. The Programme Manager will be responsible for the programme management, development and implementation of a strategic and operational cultural change programme through and into delivery of digital systems.  In addition, they will lead on other projects and initiatives that support the Council’s strategic objectives.

​​​​​​​The Digital Programme Manager will be responsible for the management, development and implementation of a strategic and operational digital transformation programme, taking account of the organisation’s digital ambitions and the need for ongoing modernisation of our digital infrastructure, products, strategy and information management.  The postholder will be responsible for driving a programme of digital innovation projects which improve both internal digital skills and capability for staff, and also the direct provision of health and social care services and supports via digital solutions, including telehealth and technology-enabled-care.

The Digital Programme Manager will have oversight and management of the overall digital programme, but also directly lead on projects and initiatives within the programme that support the Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership’s digital transformation objectives.  The post-holder will work closely with teams and services across both NHS Lothian and the City of Edinburgh Council, liaising with colleagues in e-Health and CGI, internal and external stakeholders and senior management, to define and implement digital innovation projects
