The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.​​​​​​​

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Support Team Manager/Regional Facilitator to join a dynamic and committed Support Team within eHealth Directorate. This role will involve working directly with Specialist Oncology & Clinical Haematology Services and other identified areas of high chemotherapy usage across West of Scotland boards.

Experience within the NHS would be beneficial however applications from candidates with appropriate support management experience in other areas are encouraged.

Successful applicants will be a self-starter and require excellent organisational and people skills and possess high standard of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role

  • Effective Team Leadership supporting personal development, performance management across a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Responsibility for identifying service issues and developing improvement plans which can involve both processes and technologies.
  • Work in collaboration with wider support teams to provide effective management of defined area wide clinical systems, supporting Service Delivery, Technical Projects and Continuous Improvement.
  • Provide technical leadership to any new clinical or service projects.
  • Responsibility for managing communications between 3rd parties, internal and external key stakeholders effectively.
