​​​​​​​What you will do:

To provide a general administrative service to the Occupational Health Department and undertake clerical duties such as answering telephone enquiries, reception, typing of documentation, issue of appointment letters, maintenance of manual and electronic systems as required to support the clinical service provision within Occupational Health.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

You are required to be proficient in, have knowledge of, or undertake training in the following:-

  • Must have experience of working in Occupational Health department
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to ensure information is received and relayed accurately.
  • IT literate with good keyboard skill and ability to produce accurate documentation using Microsoft packages.
  • Knowledge of NHS Confidentiality and Caldicott Policies ensuring strict adherence.
  • Ability to maintain systems accurately

Hours:

37.5 hours a week


Driving Licence/Car Ownership:

Car licence and access to a vehicle is essential to this role.
