NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We have one permanent post and a post that is fixed term for 12 months.
The shift pattern for this position is 5 over 7 days.
An exciting opportunity within NHSGGC Dietetic Service for a specialist Band 5 clinical rotation dietitian. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery and development of a clinically effective dietetic service in Greater Glasgow and Clyde. Clinical rotations are across the division including Adult Acute: Oncology, Rehabilitation /Neurology, Surgery/critical care, Respiratory/Medical/Gastro and the Pharmacy Services Prescribing Support Unit (PPSU). Delivering care in accordance with Service standards, National Professional Standards of Practice and the Health and Care Professions Council Standard of Conduct Performance and Ethics. There are 10 rotations and each rotation is for 12months.
Applicant requires minimum education to BSc Dietetics qualification, registration with Health Care Professionals Council and clinical experience preferably 18 months, member of British Dietetic Association and PVG membership scheme / Disclosure Scotland.

At interview and you will be required to give a 10 minute presentation to ‘Discuss clinical supervision in a specialist rotation dietetic post’.
Interviews are planned for Friday 29/9/23. We will recruit to both permanent and fixed term vacancy from these interviews
