This is a Fixed term post for 12 months

The shift pattern for this position is 37.5 hrs (Monday – Friday)

The post holder will be a Public Dental Service - Dental Nurse within the Greater Glasgow & Clyde area supporting clinicians through various clinical settings and treatments including domiciliary setting, unregistered and emergency care, undergraduate outreach clinic, general anaesthetic theatre sessions to delivery effective and safe patient care.  

​​​​​​​This post sits within the Greater Glasgow and Clyde board wide area and the Public Dental has multiple locations throughout therefore the post holder will be required to cover duties in other locations through the Greater Glasgow and Clyde area.  The post holder should hold a recognised Dental Nursing Qualification and be registered with the General Dental Council.  A working knowledge of R4 Clinical Plus patient management system is desirable.
