You will be part of the medical staffing information team proving a professional and comprehensive medical staffing information service across NHSGG&C. You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of E-Job Plan (EJP), an electronic system which records and holds information relating to Job Planning for Career Grade doctors.  Duties will include providing comprehensive support and assistance to all Users of the EJP system, ensuring the system is kept up-to-date with current employees and is ready for annual Job Planning.  

Educated to diploma/CPP level or equivalent knowledge and experience gained within the HR/Administration function.  Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills are fundamental to the role as is the ability to work on own initiative.  Excellent keyboard skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications essential particularly Excel.  Knowledge of EWTR, New Consultant, Associate Specialist and Specialty Doctor contracts and the medical staffing T&Cs advantageous. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
