​​​​​​​Cardiac Rehabilitation Services including Nurse/Physiotherapist Led Cardiology Clinics are well established in Forth Valley. The team has adopted a fresh and innovative approach towards the implementation of evidence-based care for patients with heart disease particularly in the realms of secondary prevention.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced health care professional to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have been qualified, with relevant post registration  experience in an appropriate cardiology setting preferably a cardiac rehabilitation setting. It is expected that the successful candidate would undertake a Non Medical Prescribing qualification within the 6-18 months of appointment. Additional professional development opportunities are available.

The hours for this post are 20 per week.
