To deputise and support the manager to lead, direct, co-ordinate and control the delivery of a safe, efficient and quality Catering Service, ensuring current legislation and quality standards are implemented, maintained and achieved. Further ensuring that the provision of core Healthcare services are delivered within budget and that best value and quality are delivered.
