An experienced Personal Assistant is required to provide professional support to the Renal and CIC Senior Management Team including a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service. This involves (but is not limited to) managing correspondence, word processing, incoming/outgoing mail, creating & maintaining database systems, filing, photocopying, minute taking, diary management. This is a part time permanent post for 22.5 hours working over 4 days. Shift pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate. Accurate minute taking skills are essential, alongside being proficient in the use of all Microsoft packages including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of NHS procedures and practices would be an advantage. You must have a good grasp of IT applications and troubleshooting of systems in general. Please detail your experience supporting at a high level; and experience of providing minutes; and your IT skills background within the personal statement within the application. You should have excellent verbal and and written communication skills and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
