Band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist
37.5 hours per week
12-Month Fixed Term
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time band 6 clinical nurse specialist to work within the liver clinic for a 12-month period.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic nurse with liver nursing experience and the ability to hold nurse led clinics for a variety of liver conditions. You will require excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and will deliver care in a busy environment.
The liver unit delivers a wide variety of services on an outpatient basis, BBV assessment and treatments including outreach work within the community, cirrhosis monitoring, GLASS, new patient liver assessments. We are a multi-disciplinary team of CNS, Gastroenterologists and pharmacists and community health care staff, who work collaboratively within the liver service.
It is essential you are a Registered Adult Nurse with current NMC registration and experience in liver nursing.
The shift pattern is over 5 days Mon-Fri 0800-1700/37.5hrs wk.
