An exciting opportunity to join team as a Modern Apprentice Assistant Technical Officer - Decontamination based at our Central Decontamination Unit in Cowlairs.
As an Assistant Technical Officer, you will join the Estates and Facilities team in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde
The Decontamination service provides 2 main services for patient centred care provided by clinical teams. Reusable medical devices are reprocessed through all units. The CDUs reprocess instrumentation and rigid scopes and the EDUS reprocess flexible scopes.

Please note that this is a training post graded under Annex 21 Conditions* and will be paid at the Scottish Living Wage (2023/2024 rate). Trainees will be appointed at a salary of £21308.
