Rohallion are offering an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 to be part of our Quality Improvement and Practice Development Team.


Rohallion Secure Care Clinic, represents a unique setting for secure care providing a North of Scotland medium and Tayside low secure care facilities and a Forensic Community Mental Health Team.


We are looking for individuals with a clinical background who have a passion for working alongside multidisciplinary teams to support service improvement, developing Care pathways and embedding continuous quality improvement.


Applicants must have proven improvement expertise. An ability to analyse a range of qualitative and quantitative data is essential to effectively process this data and develop measurement frameworks and produce reports providing feedback on progress


You must be IT literate and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate change within multidisciplinary teams.
