This is a full time permanent post. The hours are worked Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.00

An opportunity has arisen within the Asylum Health Bridging Team to work as a Mental Health Nurse supporting and meeting the needs of the population within the service.

This post requires you to work as part of a Health & Social Care Partnership model and as a practitioner promote, provide and co-ordinate care in a variety of locations.

The Asylum Health Bridging Team nursing service operates an open access policy delivering care to individuals and families within homeless and asylum accommodation.

 You will be a registered Adult Nurse with an interest in complex needs, homelessness and Asylum; previous experience within this field would be advantageous but not essential.
