Band 4 £29,102 - £31,523 including Distant Islands Allowance pro rata per annum.

NHS Orkney has an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our People and Culture Team to assist with the development and delivery of a Health and Wellbeing Programme to meet the needs of our colleagues.

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the postholder will provide a full range of support to all wellbeing activities and events, also assisting with the implementation of the Employee Assistance Programme and supporting the planning and delivery of the Colleague Recognition Programme.  

The post holder will evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives and interventions and collaborate with Occupational Health to keep up to date with developments and wellbeing needs across the organisation, promoting the support and services available to colleagues as required.

Applicants must have an understanding of health and wellbeing initiatives and have knowledge and experience in delivering services to support employee wellbeing.  They will have experience in project development and implementation and excellent organisational skills to drive forward the Programme successfully.
