An exciting Opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified Senior Business Support

Assistant who will work as part of the HSCP Governance Team, based at William Street Clinic (Glasgow City HSCP North West Headquarters). The post-holder will be required to provide secretarial/administrative/business support to the Psychology Trainee Management Team and the wider organisation as required.

The post is an essential part of the support to the trainee management team and will provide a supportive administrative role in the management of psychology trainees employed by NHSGGC during their training.

The post-holder will deal with staff within the wider NHS organisation, particularly psychology trainees and their local line managers/supervisors, and those external to the organisation who have a regular contact with the psychology trainee management team.

The successful candidate will therefore require excellent organisational and Communication skills and be proficient in the use of MS Office Applications. They will require to work with minimal supervision and have the ability to respond to conflicting demands from Team members making a positive contribution to the Teams overall objectives.
