We have an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Manager within NHS Borders to support the delivery of high quality IT support services.
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive individual who is committed to achieving high quality customer service and who possesses strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
The post-holder will be expected to manage and lead a Desktop Support Team providing on site and remote support to NHS Borders sites. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure as well as developing a Service Strategy and Vision while maintaining high morale within a high pressure environment.
