An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team within Renal Assessment Unit and Bay Regular Dialysis Unit as a Health Care Support Worker. The Renal Assessment Unit and Bay 3 Regular Dialysis Unit, care for a variety of patients who require to be on regular dialysis and patients within the renal Assessment Unit attend the unit to have procedures or tests carried out. This unit is is led by Advanced Nurse Practitioners. You will be able to competently perform the necessary technical/invasive/physical aspects of care for the defined patient group. Ensure effective delivery of nursing care is provided to patients and that an acceptable standard is maintained. These will be reportable to SCN/Deputy Charge Nurse.

This post is 12hr shift pattern, Monday to Sunday
