PA/Senior Administrator - Medical Director and Executive Nurse Director

 Band 5, 37.5 hours per week

An exciting 3 month secondment opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Medical and NMAHP Business Unit

Your role as Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator is to manage all aspects of the general running of the office of the Medical Director and Executive Nurse Director.  You will be responsible for supporting the Medical and Executive Nurse Director to fulfil their roles.

You will provide a comprehensive and high quality secretarial, clerical and administrative support service. This includes diary management, co-ordinating meetings, minuting meetings and undertaking all other duties as PA to ensure that the Medical and Executive Nurse Director can use their time to drive forward the organisation's priorities.

The candidate should be experienced and able to manage the multiple demands of the post with clarity and skills in order to ensure that results are achieved to a high standard and on time.  The candidate should have experience of dealing with competing demands and managing issues that impact on business-official work of the organisation.

You will have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent extensive experience of general administration, secretarial and project work.
