Team Secretary (Thursday & Friday – 10hrs per week working 9am – 2pm)

Do you want to join our growing team and be part of our West Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership Administration Team?

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary to work in our CPN / CPNE administration team supporting within Mental Health.

As a member of the team, you will possess excellent organisation, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as a good eye for detail and a conscientious approach to your work to ensure that systems are maintained, and documents are produced to a high standard. You will be highly motivated and adaptable with an ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

This post has a wide and varied workload with no 2 days the same therefore candidates must have excellent typing and minute taking skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including MS Teams.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided with the opportunity to learn various new skills whilst supporting multi-agency staffing groups.
