Health Care Support Worker (Band 3) – J Centre (Critical Care), Inverclyde Royal Hospital

You will assist Registered Nurses in the provision of patient care in our Critical Care Unit. The purpose of the role is to competently perform and support all necessary aspects of care for this defined patient group, whilst ensuring safe, person centred care is provided to all patients.  You will also provide, through following Greater and Glasgow & Clyde policies, a safe environment for the treatment of patients and protection of staff. It is essential you have a caring disposition preferably with experience working in a caring environment/role. Good communication skills are essential for this post. This post requires membership of Disclosure Scotland's PVG Scheme.
